As a massive thank you for all your support this is a FREE CLASS where both the beginners and the ashtanga class will be combined into a mixed level, beginner friendly 90 minute yoga practice including an extended relaxation and meditation.
Please note this is a different time to usual. One class 6-7:30pm.
Then there will be food and drinks after for you to catch up with your fellow yogi’s and celebrate!
