Chloe is a registered Sports Rehabilitator and has worked in private clinical practice for 15 years, previously working in Sports Injury Clinics, Chiropractic Clinics, Universities, and Sports Teams. Chloe specialises in spinal and injury assessments combines both hands-on manual therapy treatment with evidence based rehabilitation techniques for recovery and preventing recurrences. In 2009 she completed her undergraduate degree in Sports Therapy & Rehabilitation at the University of the West of England. Whilst working in private practice she completed additional courses such as dry needling, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation (IASTM), spinal and peripheral mobilisation/manipulation. In 2017 she was awarded her Master’s degree in Sports Injury Rehabilitation through the University of Salford. Alongside her clinic work in Gloucestershire she worked as a Clinical Educator supervising and examining degree level placement students in Bristol. In 2017 she completed her 200 hours Yoga Teacher training and went on to study another 300 hours to complete her 500 hours Advanced Yoga Teacher Training. She teaches weekly classes online and in-person for mixed levels, beginners, and yoga for cancer for the Maggie’s Centre in Cheltenham. She enjoys practicing yoga most days and loves practicing surfing.


 

Liam Chandler-Johnson

Liam is a registered Sports Therapist who graduated from Hartpury University. He has worked in professional and semi-professional football, as well as a range of different sports and clinic environments. Liam has additional training in sports massage, taping, and strapping. He enjoys progressing patients from their initial assessments through a combination of hands-on treatment and rehabilitation techniques to help them feel their best. Liam enjoys playing football and enjoys training at the gym to stay active. Liam offers afternoon and evening appointments.


 

Savannah Hunt

Sports Massage Therapist

Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sports Massage

Savannah who is a sports massage therapist who has been described as bubbly and charismatic. Savannah has loved to help people ever since she was young (helping out in many charity events). She is a qualified sports massage therapist and is also completing the final year of her Physiotherapy degree, which has been her passion since getting into sports. She has always been sporty, playing football since she could walk and netball throughout school and college and was also involved in the performing arts department (dance and drama). Her current hobbies (when she’s not studying) are following her football team across the country and going on runs and walks with her friends and family!

 

 

Abi Wells

Abi Wells is a Sports Massage Therapist and has worked in semi-professional sport and has experience performing assessments and treatments in different sports settings. Abi loves assisting patients with Sports Massage due to the benefits of increased recovery and muscle relaxation. Outside of her clinic work, she loves running and being outdoors. Previously, she was also footballer before she started working on her dream career full time!


 

Sports Therapy & Rehabilitation is not just for athletes. We treat many patients with back or neck pain, nerve pain, arthritis, muscle, ligament, or tendon injuries. We support patients who are trying to keep fit for work, manage activities of daily living, or maintaining more longer term issues. We are passionate about assisting patients in their recovery and helping them improve and maintain healthy lifestyle changes. We focus on helping patients understand the cause of their discomfort and how to best rehabilitate and prevent recurrences.
