Booking & Cancellation Terms

Clinic Bookings:

• Initial clinic appointments are arranged via telephone and you will need to provide your name, date of birth, address, contact number, and email in order to book an appointment.

• In order to secure your first appointment, you must pay at the time of booking. All follow up bookings are paid 48 hours prior to appointments.

• By booking an appointment you agree to the cancellation terms. You must give 48 hours notice to cancel or rearrange appointments. Under 48 hours notice results in a full price charge.

• Under 16’s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

  YOGA CLASSES:

• If you need to rearrange a single yoga class booking then 48hours notice to cancel or rearrange is required. If you cancel within this time you will be charged for the booking and the booking cannot be refunded.

• 6 Class passes are non-refundable and cannot be extended regardless of the reason as your pass already includes a discounted rate.
